“Where the Merrows Roam” is an entirely dialogue-free, experimental feature film following two separate stories across six distinct chapters. A nonlinear collage of reminiscences tracing the hazy glow of childhood memory through to the harsh light of adulthood.

About the Director
Colin Hickey is a writer, director, editor & cinematographer based in County Cork, Ireland.
He studied at the London Film Academy where he graduated with a diploma in 2004.
Colin spent two years living in Colombia, South America where he wrote and directed ‘El Constructor’ (The Builder) which was chosen by legendary filmmaker Werner Herzog as part of his ‘Rogue Film Seminar in 2012.
His first feature film, ‘The Evening Redness in the South’, premiered at the Cork Film Festival in 2019. Since then the film has screened all around the world and has picked up over 20 international awards.
